GARY LUBIN
is a recognized industry expert and board level leader with a long record of achieving success in complex situations. Discerning skills in identifying and investing in emerging opportunities and a strong ability to recognize emerging trends, identify applications of technologies and develop and implement strategic/tactical plans; Gary has a long track record of successful hands-on experience in investing, launching, and running new businesses, managing a $100+ million corporate venture capital fund, directing a major worldwide re-engineering initiative in a Fortune 50 company, directing an eBusiness department, leading the turn-around of a private equity owned business and managing a $1B/year sales department. Other experiences include Controller of a medium size privately held company, Manager in a Big Four accounting firm and serving on boards of various organizations. He is a CPA, CGMA, CITP, and earned a BS from Washington University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Clinical Solutions
KEVIN WILLIAMS
is a proven life sciences executive with a successful history and passion for developing and implementing innovative solutions in the clinical trial space. With over 20 years in Pharma and Healthcare, his experience in clinical trial operations and management has been from multiple perspectives, including top-tier pharma and solution provider. Kevin played an instrumental role in developing and delivering the industry's first dedicated investigator payment and startup solution with CFS Clinical, which was ultimately acquired by DrugDev in 2013 (and later by IQVIA). As a thought leader, Kevin has published and presented frequently around the challenges of investigator site payments, contracting, and budgeting. Prior experiences included Merck where he was involved in many aspects of clinical business operations with a focus on trial financial management and outsourcing. Kevin earned a BS in Health Sciences from Lock Haven University and an MBA and MS in Healthcare Administration and Financial Management from Temple’s Fox School of Business.

HAORONG LI
is an entrepreneurial executive specialized in software solutions of digital transformation and data analytics. He has extensive experience of leading both product development and client service organizations in a number of successful software companies, including Veson Nautical, ToolsGroup, and i2 Technologies. By delivering market-driven, cloud and desktop applications, Haorong has successfully created value for clients worldwide in supply chain analytics, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, logistics, freight and commodity trading, finance, accounting, and risk management. Haorong holds a BS degree from the University of Science and Technology of China and earned his PhD degree from the Laboratory for Manufacturing and Productivity at MIT.

Engineering
TAO YU
is an innovative, hands-on, and results-oriented software development professional. He has led technical teams in a variety of established companies including roles as the VP of engineering in Hoperun, director of enterprise architecture in PDR (Physician's Desk Reference), solution architect in McGraw-Hill and RBI. He led tech teams to design and build B2B/B2C content management platforms, workflow management systems, data collection/processing/analysis system, etc. Additionally, Tao has worked with startups at very early stages in key technical roles including chief architect at JunctionEducation and principle software engineer at Roundbox. Tao holds a MS and BS of Computer Science from Tsinghua University (top rated STEM university in China) and a MS degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Architecture
GELIANG TONG
has spent 15+ years in systems architectural solutions, including designing and building platforms and stack environments to support mobile and web-based systems using many transformative technologies including machine learning, cloud computing, and blockchain. He has led technical teams at PKSW and ConnectiveRx, and served as principle software engineer at Broadcom. Geliang has a BS of Computer Science from Tsinghua University (top rated STEM university in China) and a MS in Computer Science from Princeton University.

Chief Scientist
Zhihong Lu
is an experienced scientist with 20+ years of technology related experiences at IBM and AT&T including telecommunication provisioning system, internet routing protocols, search engine and database applications development. She has a Ph. D. in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and M.S. in Computer Science from the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Innovative Solutions
JEFFREY LUK
is an experienced investment banking and financial technology manager. He has worked in J.P. Morgan’s Investment Banking division including Equity Derivatives Sales & Trading, Investment Banking Coverage, and M&A. Most recently, he led a technology transformation initiative at Wolters Kluwer’s in their Health division. Jeffrey holds a BA in Economics from Columbia University.

Corporate Operations
PETER ZHOU
is a problem solver who applies analytical reasoning and creative critical thinking to create sensible solutions. As a Fund Operator at Sunshine Capital Management Corporation, he achieved success by analyzing influential factors including economics, environment, and political policies as well as applying game theory knowledge to make investment decisions. Peter Zhou received Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from University of California Davis.

ZACH HECTOR
has spent his entire 30-year career in the healthcare and life science industry in senior sales and executive leadership positions. Prior to joining the team, he spent 5 years at IBM Watson Health as Sr. Director of Business Development - most recently as the Global GTM Solution Sales Lead. Throughout his career, Zach has built and led sales teams with various enterprise software companies for the healthcare and life sciences including two stints at Microsoft as Worldwide Life Sciences Industry Solutions Manager, Worldwide Life Sciences Partner and Alliance Manager.

MARK PANECKI
has been a sales executive in the life sciences industry for over 20 years. His passion is to help drive down the time and cost associated with bringing new therapies and medicines to market. He is leading his clients to higher levels of business performance by using scalable, cloud-based platforms and disruptive methodologies to enhance interactions between sponsors, sites and CROs.

is an experienced developer and systems engineer with advanced design and development skills. Former work experiences include Thomson Reuters, AudioCodes, Ask, CommVault and AT&T. Jennifer has a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a MS/BA in Electrical Engineering from ECIT.
